How it works: Soup is offered in 1 quart quantities; this is about 2 adult dinner size portions.
Packaging: Soup will come in 1 quart size compostable containers OR a quart size glass mason jar to exchange at next order. Chose your container preference at check out.
"Soup by the quart!" - Select this option to order single quart (32oz) quantities of soup.
"Soup subscription": Select this option to purchase soup to be delivered each Thursday for 4 consecutive weeks, starting any time of month. Pick up or delivery is on Thursday.

PICK UP Pick up is at Hillfolk during open hours 11-7 on Thursday. If your soup is not claimed by friday afternoon, it will be passed along to a hungry person!
DELIVERY We are offering very local delivery - within a 5 mile radius of the town of Cumberland Gap. The fee is $5 and we will bring right to your office or front door on Thursday! Select delivery at check out and we will confirm a time!
Soup is such a wonderful way to deeply nourish your body week to week. This soup is prepared slowly with care, using local pastured bone broths & meat, whole foods, vegetables, and herbs and handground spices that will give your immune system a boost and assist your body in general wellness. The same standard Hillfolk holds for wellness applies to the soup - we never use seed oils or artificial anything -- ingredients are organic/regenerative and mostly local! The soups are almost always gluten free. Meat/bone broth + Veg options available.
